Brightwell's large warehouse facilities at Erskineville (Sydney) offer both high clearance bulk storage and high-density racking space. We offer a full range of supply chain management services tailored to your specific requirements. Specialising in the unpacking of agricultural products such as imported nuts, dried fruits, grains, Brightwell is also a Quarantine Approved Premise (Class 2.2) with a very good relationship with AQIS and related stakeholders.

Brightwell uses a fleet of vehicles from one tonne capacity to heavy combination, including flat bed and tautliners. Distribution services can be provided on a dedicated or ad hoc basis. While Brightwell's fleet is dedicated to Sydney metropolitan distribution, we also have strong relationships with national carriers and freight forwarders who help extend Brightwell's capacity to providing full national Supply Chain Management. Brightwell's warehouse spans over more than 2,000 square metres of racked and bulk warehouse space. The experienced management team draw on years of experience in managing a dedicated team of store persons with an attention to detail with inventory integrity, high quality palletising, and timely receipt and dispatch of goods.

Quarantine Approved Premise
Brightwell's warehouse is a Quarantine Approved Premise (Class 2.2) under the Australian Quarantine Inspection Service (AQIS) licenced depots scheme. AQIS certification allows us to store and handle goods that are subject to quarantine conditions. The licence also gives us the authority to control goods directed by AQIS for treatment. As well as holding a QAP license for the importation of quarantine controlled goods, we also hold an Export license and can assist with the inspection of goods and creation of necessary export documents.
Brightwell staff have also been trained and certified to inspect shipping containers prior to packing for export as per AQIS regulations.
Inventory Integrity
Brightwell uses the latest transport and logistics technology throughout its operations, supported by a highly skilled in-house IT specialists. The warehouse is supported by an in-house custom-developed inventory integrity system to ensure accurate stock controls and record management of receipt and dispatches. Proof of delivery and dockets are stored digitally with a RAID redundancy backup system for secure and easy access. Brightwell undertakes monthly stocktakes, or more frequently upon request.
